How I build software
Every build starts with diagnosis, not code. I spend the first day understanding how your business actually runs: which workflow is the bottleneck, what would solve it, and where to draw the line so the tool does not become its own problem. Now and then the honest answer is that a tidier spreadsheet and one good habit would do, and I will say so.
I build with the same engineering standards used by large software companies: proper testing, monitoring, deployment pipelines, and documentation. I build it to the same standard as an in-house team: tested, documented, and something another developer could take over without me.
And I do not disappear after launch. I stay to tune, add features, and respond when your business changes.

£495, credited back in full if you go ahead
A day working through your business with me. You get a written plan: what to build, what not to, and a fixed quote for it. If you go ahead, the £495 comes off the build.

The price is fixed before I write a line of code. You see the work as it takes shape, and you own everything I write. If paying in one go is hard on cashflow, I can spread the cost over monthly payments.
And afterwards I'm still here. Most clients keep my number.
