I'm Mohammad Etminan, founder of Etminan AI Solutions and the person you would actually be working with. I'm the technical person for businesses that don't have one on staff.
Before starting the company I spent over a decade building the software businesses run on, most of it pricing and quoting for manufacturers. The same thing came up everywhere I worked: one person who knew how everything fitted together, and a business that slowed down whenever they were busy or away. Most small businesses never get that person. The ones that do struggle to keep them.
That is the gap I fill. I build whatever an owner-run business is missing on the software side, then stay on the other end of the phone once it is live. You own every line of code and every rule in it. If you would rather change something yourself later, you can; the handover is written for that. See the four things I do.

Why one engineer and not an agency
An agency puts an account manager between you and the person writing the code. With me there is nobody in between. In practice that means:

Tested logic
I rebuild the rules that live in your spreadsheets as typed, tested code. The silent rounding drift and the broken lookup that quietly eat margin stop happening.
Built around your business
I design around how your business actually works. You do not have to bend your process to fit a generic SaaS template.
Handover, not lock-in
I document the build and hand over full ownership at the end. Change it yourself, hire someone else, or ask me. All three work.
Talk to the engineer who'd build it.
No project manager forwarding messages, no offshore team you'll never meet. The call is with the person who'd diagnose the problem and write the code.

I tell you what it takes, what it costs, and when the honest answer is to leave it alone. No jargon and no upsell.
Right Tool, Right Job
Plain code where the maths has to be exact, AI where the inputs are messy. I use whatever actually solves the problem.
Keep It Simple
A custom tool should not need a 50-page manual. If your team needs a training session to use it, I have not finished designing it.
Judged on Results
The only measure I care about is whether your business runs faster with less of your time in it. If it does not, the build failed.
