£495, credited back in full if you go ahead
A day working through your business with me. You get a written plan: what to build, what not to, and a fixed quote for it. If you go ahead, the £495 comes off the build.

The price is fixed before I write a line of code. You see the work as it takes shape, and you own everything I write. If paying in one go is hard on cashflow, I can spread the cost over monthly payments.
And afterwards I'm still here. Most clients keep my number.

Straight answers
Sometimes the answer is don't build it
If an off-the-shelf tool already does the job, I'll say so on the first call and point you at it. I'd rather lose a small project than have you pay for software you didn't need.
You own the code
Everything I build is yours: the code, the data, and the accounts it runs on. If you ever want someone else to take it on, they can. Nothing is locked to me.
One person, start to finish
The person on the first call is the person who writes the code, and the person who answers when something breaks. There is nobody to hand you off to.
